Explored this place that serves some interesting Japanese Italian food.
Cold Noodles – Served with half boiled egg in savory sauce. A small portion, so tasty that 1 can easily slurp up all the noodles at one go.
Soft Shell Crab Roll
Katsu Don ($14) – Tender meat in tasty gravy.
Carbonara Japanese Udon ($14) – The cream sauce tasted a lot like beaten egg yolk with light soya sauce. Very smooth & appetizing. We really enjoyed it.
Although items on the menu are limited but the few dishes that we ordered created a lasting impression. Will be back for more Carbonara soon.
